Penshurst CE Primary School is committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all students, staff and visitors.

Our Designated safeguarding lead is Mrs Sue Elliott and Mrs Katy Foy & Ms. Collette Rainbow are our Deputy Designated Safeguarding Officers. If you have any concerns relating to the wellbeing or safety of a child please speak directly to them.

Parent Volunteers

Parent volunteers are required to have a full DBS check. Please contact the school office by email (E: office@penshurst.kent.sch.uk) for more information. All helpers will attend safeguarding training with one of the designated safeguarding leads.

Outside Organisations

We work with outside organisations and agencies to enhance our safeguarding procedures, such as Kent Police Operation Encompass and the NSPCC.
